Today, TDM Technology Co., Ltd. successfully signed a delivery contract with a leading domestic photovoltaic enterprise for a large-scale thin-film battery EL Mapping testing system. With its record-breaking testing dimensions, this equipment has set a new benchmark for domestic applications in its category, making it the largest thin-film battery EL Mapping testing equipment currently under contract in China. This achievement not only represents a breakthrough in standalone equipment but also marks a significant milestone in our capability to provide tailored solutions for our clients.

The EL Mapping testing system under this contract utilizes advanced large-area, high-sensitivity, high-resolution infrared imaging technology, enabling fast and non-destructive comprehensive scanning of entire large-scale thin-film batteries. By capturing the weak infrared light emitted by batteries when electrified, the system generates clear electroluminescence distribution maps, visually and precisely revealing various internal defects such as hidden cracks, fragments, uneven efficiency distribution, and poor contacts. Both its detection accuracy and stability meet advanced industry standards.
