Recently, TDM Technology Co., Ltd. officially received a purchase order valued in the tens of millions RMB, under which it will provide a comprehensive in-line thin-film measurement solution for a leading overseas perovskite photovoltaic company. This collaboration stems from the shared commitment of both parties to process precision and mass production stability. Over several months of close cooperation, the customer’s technical team visited our company’s R&D testing center multiple times. Together, we conducted multiple rounds of systematic engineering validation focusing on the entire perovskite process flow—from wet film to semi-dry film and dry film—as well as the precise measurement of ultra-thin functional layers such as C60, NiOx, SAM, and SnOx. The TDM solution demonstrated exceptional stability and repeatability under complex process windows, ultimately leading to its full adoption across the customer’s production lines.
